I'm Christa — the creative eye behind Christa Mortimore Photography.

I've been on this photography journey for over 20 years, starting with the magic of film and now fully embracing the digital world. 

​

To me, it's all about capturing those special moments and giving you more than just photos...I want to transport you to a place where you can lose yourself in love, burst into laughter, flash those genuine smiles, be wonderfully silly, and revel in your own unique beauty.

I'm also a proud mom to the most incredible little guy, Oliver. He's my absolute joy and has become quite the pro at posing for the camera. Plus, he's got a heart full of love to share.

​

You'll almost always find me rocking head-to-toe black outfits, sipping on some delicious BLK Dot VTM Tiger Coffee, with my trusty black camera and laptop never too far away.

​

When I take a breather, you'll find me hitting the gym, indulging in my guilty pleasure of reality TV shows, or enjoying quality time with my little guy at the bike track, cheering him on at baseball games, or simply unwinding at the beach.
